Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
