  • We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • We offer express delivery with an estimated arrival of 5–8 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to customs checks, incorrect address details, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.

Address Issues & Missing Orders

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@mooti.store.

  • If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Change of Address

  • To update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@mooti.store or call +1 (579) 679 6658.

  • Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Cancellations & Damages

  • To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.

  • If you receive a damaged item, email us at contact@mooti.store with clear photos as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a free exchange or refund.
