Aside from our "smart packs" collection, all of our products are made from high-quality genuine leather to ensure durability, style, and longevity.

How do I care for my leather items?

We recommend cleaning your leather products with a soft, dry cloth and using leather conditioner to maintain their quality. Avoid exposing them to water or extreme heat. Check out our blog for more care and maintenance tips.

How to reduce leather smell?

The smell of natural leather in a new or high-quality leather bag is common and often enjoyed by enthusiasts, though it can be intense for some. To lessen the odor, place the bag in a well-ventilated space, ideally near a window or outside, but avoid direct sunlight to prevent damage. What is your return/refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return / refund.The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your shipping time and cost?

We offer free international shipping for all our products. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 12 business days, broken down as follows:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery times range from 5-8 business days (Monday - Friday) depending on your location.

Can I track my order?
